Mercor is hiring a Product Designer to shape end-to-end user journeys from onboarding through polished UI. You’ll work with engineering and product teams to implement features, refine experiences, and articulate a scalable design language inspired by Notion and Tailwind.

You’ll help evolve Mercor’s design philosophy while ensuring users grasp how to use the product with minimal guidance. The role requires 4–8 years in product design, a strong portfolio, and comfort working in a fast-moving

Responsibilities

• Design core user journeys from onboarding to polished UI.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to implement features.
• Clarify complex UX as Mercor scales its product.
• Develop a clean visual language inspired by Notion and Tailwind.
• Work with Head of Design to evolve Mercor’s design philosophy and culture.
