Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Designer to shape brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. You will lead concept development, define art direction, and embed AI-enabled content workflows into scalable brand platforms.

You will mentor junior designers, present to clients, and elevate the team’s capability in photography and AI-assisted image creation, delivering long-term brand foundations rather than one-off campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven brand identity work.
• 6+ years in an agency, design studio, or related creative field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to craft visually compelling work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Act as a guardian of clients’ brand identities and ensure consistency.
• Develop high-level creative concepts with minimal oversight.
• Lead development of brand identities and scalable design systems.
• Define art direction frameworks for photography and image-making.
• Translate narratives into distinctive visual languages across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, motion, and tech to build holistic brands.
• Balance campaign work with long-term brand ecosystems.
