Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Designer to shape and evolve brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. You will lead art direction and leverage AI-enabled content workflows to craft scalable brand architectures.

You’ll mentor junior designers, present concepts to clients, and translate strategy into distinctive visual worlds that endure beyond campaigns. This role combines storytelling, systems thinking, and leadership.

Qualifications

• A portfolio that demonstrates concept-driven brand identity work, strong art direction thinking, and the ability to build cohesive visual systems that scale across touchpoints.
• 6+ years of experience in an agency, design studio, or related creative field.
• Strong command of photographic language, visual storytelling, and contemporary content aesthetics.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-powered content, prompting and image generation platforms such as Nano Bananna, Runway, Firefly, or similar, with the ability to integrate them into scalable brand and content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a guardian of clients’ brand identities, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
• Develop high-level creative concepts with minimal oversight.
• Lead the development of concept-driven brand identities and scalable design systems.
• Define art direction frameworks for photography, image-making, and content ecosystems across brand platforms.
• Translate strategic narratives into distinctive, ownable visual languages that flex across digital, physical, and content environments.
• Collaborate across disciplines—including strategy, copywriting, motion, and technology—to build holistic brand experiences.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to concept, visualize, and prototype brand directions.
