Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand, marketing, or communication design.
• Portfolio shows polished, production-ready work across print and digital.
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Sound judgment on independent work vs alignment.
• Strong prioritization and trade-off awareness.
• Clear, proactive communication about status and risks.
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in design workflows.
• Curiosity about AI in creative work.

Responsibilities

• Develop big creative ideas with high impact and brand focus.
• Handle range from branding to presentations and campaigns.
• Support exploration and parallel experiments with the team.
• Drive projects from brief to delivery with milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with goals.
• Execute within design system and brand templates.
• Flag high-visibility work for leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and contractors.
• Adapt as design standards evolve.
• Use data and testing to inform decisions.
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows in production.
