Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Designer to elevate our brand across product, marketing, and partnerships. You will lead craft with strong typography, system thinking, and production-ready assets, while expanding our design system and AI-enabled workflows.

You'll partner with marketing, product, and design leadership to deliver on-brand experiences that scale, mentoring teammates, and shaping our creative direction in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design.
• A portfolio showing polished, production-ready work with strong typography and layout.
• Experience extending design systems and brand guidelines.
• Sound judgment on independence vs alignment and proactive context sharing.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to flag trade-offs early.
• Clear, proactive communication about status, decisions, and risks.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work across brand and marketing channels, pushing for high-impact visuals.
• Deliver concepts from event branding to keynote presentations and production tasks.
• Collaborate with designers and contractors to move projects forward independently.
• Drive projects from brief to delivery, setting milestones and surfacing risks.
• Translate goals from cross-functional partners into aligned design work.
• Ensure work stays within design system, brand guidelines, and templates.
