Job summary

APPLY is seeking a UI Designer with a strong graphic design foundation to shape brand identities and interface concepts. You will work across brand exploration and UI tasks using AI tools like Midjourney and Claude, while collaborating with product designers and developers to maintain visual consistency.

We value agency/consulting experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, and excellent client-facing presentation skills.

Qualifications

8+ years of design experience in an agency/consulting environment.
Strong graphic design foundation: typography, layout, brand systems.
Hands‑on with generative image and video tools: Midjourney, Figma Make/Weave, Veo.
Proven experience creating stylescapes and brand books, leading brand workshops.
Working proficiency in Figma, with ability to flex into UI/product design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
Exposure to agentic AI design workflows (Claude Code, Claude Design).
Excellent presentation and communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations that set creative direction for client engagements.
Build and contribute to brand books and visual identity systems.
Plan and actively participate in brand workshops with clients, translating live discussion into visual concepts in real time.
Use generative image and video tools to rapidly explore and produce concept visuals and assets.
Design and art-direct client pitch decks, narrative presentations and proposals.
Build reusable slide systems and templates in Google Slides and Figma Slides.
Flex into UI and product design work when engagements require.
Present concepts and creative rationale directly to client stakeholders.
