Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Brand Designer in the United States to shape a distinctive visual identity across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and sales materials. This hands-on leadership role combines creative direction with designing impactful assets from concept to execution.

You will guide a small design team and freelancers while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and executives in a remote-first setting. Remote work supported for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand or graphic design with leadership experience.
• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, ecommerce, or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to evolve brand identities and scalable guidelines.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; presentation assets required.
• Mentor designers and manage workflows with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own brand identity and evolve design systems across touchpoints.
• Define creative vision for campaigns, launches, and events.
• Hands-on production of assets for digital and print.
• Lead and mentor designers and freelance partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership.
• Ensure on-brand materials with scalable components.
• Use data and testing to refine brand initiatives.
