Job summary

Be LOVE is seeking a Senior Social Media & Influencer Strategist in NYC to lead high-volume creator programs across IG, TikTok and YouTube. You will source, coach, and manage talent, craft airtight briefs, secure ad authorizations, and drive measurable business results through influencer campaigns and content creation.

You’ll work with Brand, Studio and Growth teams, monitor performance, optimize strategies, and build a thriving creator community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience building influencer programs and managing creators.
• Strong writing and briefing skills with brand safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop briefs and coach creators toward best-in-class content.
• Own content creation of Be LOVE's brand channels (IG, TikTok) and scheduling.
• Monitor and report on performance of organic and paid campaigns.
• Build and nurture a creator community and relationships.
• Coordinate with Brand, Studio, and Growth teams to scale campaigns.
