Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual identity across marketing, sales, and customer-facing initiatives. This high-ownership role blends creative strategy, visual storytelling, and brand leadership.

You will develop creative direction and personally produce work across websites, campaigns, presentations, advertising, sales enablement materials, and video concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B technology or marketing tech.
• Strong portfolio across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, and sales enablement.
• Experience as a highly accountable designer within a lean, fast-moving organization.
• Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate brand identity across marketing, sales, and customer-facing assets.
• Develop creative direction and produce high-quality work across digital experiences and multimedia content.
• Translate brand positioning into distinctive experiences along the customer journey.
• Create templates, guidelines, and asset libraries for consistency and efficiency.
• Present concepts clearly and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with freelancers and external production partners as needed.
