24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to shape brand, marketing, and growth strategy for Health & Wellness and Retail clients. This remote, full-time role focuses on macro-level roadmaps and strategic frameworks across portfolios, not campaign execution.

The position requires 8+ years in brand/creative/integrated strategy, with strong client-facing leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across brand, creative, or integrated marketing strategy.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ownership of high-level client or portfolio strategy beyond individual projects.
• Strong client-facing presence with experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading strategic presentations, workshops, and collaborative sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level brand, marketing, and growth strategy across assigned client accounts.
• Develop annual and multi-quarter strategic roadmaps, brand positioning, campaign ecosystems, and growth frameworks.
• Translate client business objectives into clear strategic direction and creative opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive recommendations and points of view.
• Lead client workshops, ideation sessions, strategy sprints, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner across Creative, Account, Media, Insights, CRM, and Project Management to align teams around a cohesive strategy and narrative.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Support new business pitches, proposals, and strategic POV development.
• Bring forward emerging consumer, category, cultural, and competitive insights to inform client strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to support research, ideation, trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategy development.
