Job summary

Innove, Inc. is seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead the development and execution of creative across all brand touchpoints, from packaging to digital and trade show materials.

The role requires strong design and project management skills and cross-functional partnership with brand, product, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record in design, a strong portfolio, and experience directing photo and video shoots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of design/creative experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, personal care, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, packaging, and multi-channel work.
• Experience leading projects with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience directing photo and video shoots is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand execution across touchpoints, ensuring on-brand visuals.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling creative for print, digital, and packaging.
• Develop social and email assets consistent with brand guidelines.
• Manage external agencies, photographers, and freelancers.
• Oversee e-commerce assets across digital platforms.
• Lead packaging and technical design, manuals, diagrams, and guides.
• Direct creative for trade shows, events, catalogs, and print ads.
• Lead educational content that includes decks and digital modules.
• Produce video content with marketing and social teams for multiple channels.
• Ensure alignment with growth objectives and stay current with trends.
• Manage projects in the company PM system and maintain asset organization.
• Remain flexible as priorities shift; collaborate and communicate effectively.
