• Proven ability to concept and deliver ideas across formats.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and art direction across multiple formats.
• Strong taste and cultural awareness beyond design.

Responsabilidades

• Design execution and iterate on ideas with a hands-on approach.
• Provide creative vision and ensure quality of ideas in partnership.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to craft brand stories and experiences.
• Shape strategic design direction to elevate the Stripe brand.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and realize ideas.
• Give and solicit feedback from teammates, partners, and stakeholders.
• Generate original concepts from ambiguity and cultural observations.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas to life across mediums.
• Develop clear narratives, pitches, references, treatments, and prototypes.
