Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate brand storytelling across digital, social, email, retail, and beyond. You will shape visual outcomes, maintain brand guidelines, and set a high bar for craft across multiple brands.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with overseas teams, and stay abreast of culture and AI-powered tools to deliver work that is visually arresting, culturally relevant, and aesthetically elevated.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience building brands (agency or in-house).
Portfolio shows range and a clear, recognizable point of view.
Proficiency in design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
Design content for web, mobile, and tablet.
Ability to mentor or lead other designers.

Responsibilities

Bring a strong, articulated creative point of view to every project.
Design marketing and brand storytelling campaigns for digital ads, social, email, websites, and retail platforms.
Apply motion graphics, animation, and GIFs to bring stories to life across channels.
Lead and mentor junior and mid-level designers; review work and raise craft standards.
Partner with Brand Activation roles to align campaigns with business goals.
Develop fluency in each brand’s aesthetic, voice, and positioning.
