Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Business Manager for Developer Marketing within the AWS Brand and Creative group.

This role embeds brand expertise to shape positioning, narratives, and governance for global developer marketing initiatives. You will partner with Developer Marketing, Advocate teams and senior leaders to ensure campaigns reflect AWS brand voice, measure impact, and elevate creative quality across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of brand management, or creative experience, with demonstrated expertise in building and evolving brand positioning.
• 5+ years as a brand strategist, brand lead, or senior creative strategist in an agency, brand team, or equivalent in-house role.
• 4+ years leading brand for cross-functional campaigns and partnering with creative teams through complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative strategies with limited guidance in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the brand lead for the Developer Marketing team’s innovation programs, elevating marketing activations targeting developer audiences.
• Partner with brand strategy to define business requirements influencing positioning, messaging frameworks, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Developer Advocate team to shape narratives and ensure brand alignment from ideation to execution.
• Bring brand expertise to marketing approaches, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.
• Develop brand measurement frameworks and track brand health among developer audiences.
