Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and focused on building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, prioritizing guest satisfaction and brand integrity while embodying our values.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold brand integrity and adhere to policies.
