Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests’ day better than before they arrived.

You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, all while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
