Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and committed to representing our values daily.

You will engage guests, educate them about products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people in a busy retail setting.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
