Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests find exactly what they need. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, bringing energy, product passion, and brand loyalty to every guest.

You’ll flex between the sales floor, fitting room and stockroom, educate customers on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and resolve guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and delivering exceptional service.
