Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, educating guests on AE & Aerie products and encouraging loyalty program participation.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, supporting multiple store zones, solving guest issues, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer-focused with a friendly, real-you attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly perform in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies.
