Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 3 years’ project management experience.
• Preferred: Project Management Certification and Six Sigma certification; MBA preferred.

• Own the end-to-end activation strategy and execution for key tentpole moments like Year Beginning Meeting, Member’s Mark Month, and Supplier Summit.
• Build and drive integrated project plans connecting marketing campaigns, in-club/site experiences, and operational readiness.
• Lead cross-functional planning forums ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Translate brand vision into clear execution roadmaps and ensure consistency with member experience.
• Proactively resolve gaps across teams to avoid delivery delays.
• Serve as central coordinator across all activation workstreams and establish repeatable playbooks.
