Job summary

You will educate members on products, open specialized accounts, process complex requests, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service while upholding compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of similar work experience (retail, customer service, sales, and cash handling).
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable promoting products and services and engaging in sales conversations.
• Proficient with Data Processing Platforms, Email, Internet/Intranet, Instant Messaging and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Identify financial products/services beneficial to members and guide them toward best options with service-minded sales.
• Process requests for specialized or complex accounts and consumer loan applications.
• Back up Branch Specialists by greeting members and directing them to the right person.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, compliance, audits and balancing standards.
