Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Registered mortgage loan originator or willingness to register.
• 10+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Experience in people management and in a matrix sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies, business plans and operational goals through building customer relationships.
• Monitor and adhere to operational controls to ensure safety and security of assets.
• Drive production goals with target clients and outbound sales activities.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal groups to optimize staffing.
• Conduct daily proof processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead hiring, performance management, coaching, and culture building.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations; escalate control issues.
