Responsibilities

• Administer branch sales, service, control and management of human resources.
• Manage staff to ensure clear work priorities and high levels of customer service.
• Execute planning and budgeting to meet branch goals.
• Conduct daily huddles to communicate goals and strategies.
• Monitor performance to meet branch metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee controls and compliance to manage risk and audit readiness.
• Identify training needs and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
