Qualifications

• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and budgets.
• A track record of delivering customer service excellence and risk-compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive production goals, including building referral networks.
• Coach staff through performance development and coaching plans to meet branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening client relationships and acquiring new clients.
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and staff development; manage budgeting and resource planning.
