Job summary

ACNB Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional to oversee branch operations and lead the teller function at the East Berlin Office. This role targets a seasoned Head Teller, Senior Teller, or Branch Operations Specialist who balances operational excellence with risk controls and customer service.

You will coach tellers, ensure vault and ATM accuracy, support audits, and develop talent while partnering with branch leadership to hit service and referral goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive banking experience.
• Experience as Head Teller, Senior Teller, Teller Supervisor, or Branch Operations Specialist.
• Experience managing vault cash, teller balancing, ATM operations, and branch cash controls.
• Experience coaching, directing, or supervising teller staff.
• Knowledge of operational risk management, audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• Experience opening consumer deposit accounts and supporting branch sales/referrals.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily teller operations and workflow.
• Ensure cash operations, vault balancing, ATM servicing, and dual-control processes.
• Support branch audits, reviews, and risk-management initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Community Banking Associates.
• Identify opportunities and refer customers to banking specialists.
• Partner with branch leadership to achieve operational, service, and referral goals.
