Job summary

This player-coach role partners with Complex management, oversees onboarding, account administration, and risk controls while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. A 40-hour week with a competitive salary and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 5+ years in financial services with knowledge of industry rules.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and Series 9/10 (or 8).
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Attention to detail and efficiency mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training, and motivating staff.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes to staff.
• Onboard new accounts, record securities, and transmit data per RBC procedures.
• Ensure security of the branch cage and control access.
• Build client relationships and facilitate transfers, trades, checks, wires, and ACHs.
