Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer branch sales, service, control and management of human resources.
• Lead staff to ensure work priorities are clear and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Execute planning and budgeting activities to meet branch annual goals.
• Conduct daily huddles and communicate goals, strategies, and expectations to staff.
• Monitor performance to meet branch metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch controls, risk management and internal audit readiness.
• Identify training needs and career progression, supervise evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Lead recruitment across sales and operations and manage onboarding.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
