Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Branch Manager II in California to lead a high-performing team, drive customer value, and manage branch operations for growth and profitability.

You will recruit, coach, and develop associates, foster a strong safety culture, and translate financial data to guide strategic decisions. The role offers competitive compensation and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation and team building preferred.
• Bilingual Proficiency - English/Spanish preferred
• Understanding of sales and operations planning, demand forecasting and integration of demand and supply plans
• Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements
• Knowledge of market preferences, competition, regulations and industry trends
• Higher education degree preferred
• High School or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and recruit top talent; coach and mentor for high performance and long-term career development at SiteOne
• Train and coach all branch associates in customer value best practices; foster a culture obsessed with customer success
• Create a safe, incident-free environment; promote safety culture through training and policies
• Understand and translate operating and financial data; identify trends and root causes
• Set goals and monitor KPIs; implement area and branch strategy for growth and value
• Analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies to hit area goals amid changing conditions
• Partner with leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working
