Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of managerial experience with leadership and team-building.
• Understanding of S&OP, demand and supply planning integration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L.
• Knowledge of market trends and regulations.
• High school diploma; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and recruit top talent and mentor for growth.
• Train branch staff in customer value and ensure customer success.
• Maintain safety culture and promote daily safety practices.
• Thoroughly understand and translate operating and financial data to identify trends.
• Set goals and monitor KPIs to drive performance and growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
