OceanFirst Bank is seeking a Branch Manager III for our Chinatown branch. You will lead all aspects of the Retail Branch, drive performance, customer satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance while implementing annual growth plans.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, partner with regional management, and actively market bank products to the community, with travel across the footprint as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and retain an effective team.
• Retail sales experience in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth plans to achieve sales, productivity, and financial goals.
• Provide leadership to branch staff and execute branch goals.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to develop customer relationships and cross-sell products.
• Apply knowledge of bank products/services to enhance customer relationships across lines.
