Qualifications

• College degree in business or finance; equivalent experience accepted.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership ability.
• Proven track record in managing sales, customer experience, and operations of a large branch.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing specialty De Novo locations and establish a strong book of business in new markets where applicable.
• Develop and maintain effective lobby management and customer outreach to enhance the customer experience.
• Select, hire, and motivate staff to deliver value propositions and meet financial results.
• Lead coaching to meet customer experience, sales, and financial goals.
• Oversee team collaboration, prospecting for new business, and growth of existing relationships.
• Promote a high tech, high touch approach with self-service channels and digital banking.
