Qualifications

• College degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in retail banking or retail sales management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with leadership ability.
• Experience managing sales, customer experience, and operations in a large branch setup.
• Understanding of sales/service organization requirements.
• Professionalism and ethical conduct in all transactions.
• Ability to work in a normal office setting with standing and customer support.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Onboarding and training compliance within set timelines.
