Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Leadership in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience with policy and procedure compliance and management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Generous paid time off including holidays, floating holidays, personal days, vacation, and sick time.
• Target hiring range $84,149.19 - $105,186.49

Responsibilities

• Oversees cash flow and financial instruments per Credit Union policies.
• Assesses risk of transactions by branch personnel.
• Directs credit, loans, and establishment services operations.
• Manages delinquent accounts, loan approvals, and savings accounts.
• Develops branch goals and monitors performance.
• Educates and sells Credit Union products and services.
• Leads community outreach to grow membership.
• Supervises and trains branch staff, handles performance reviews.
• Compiles and reports financial data for regulatory and management needs.
• Prepares budgets and staffing plans; analyzes financial status of the branch.
