Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years previous management experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while driving customer experience and branch performance.
• Proficient in using branch technology, lending systems and online/mobile banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations to support strategic initiatives and Wescom Experiences.
• Provides coaching and development to staff to achieve goals and service excellence.
• Sets production and referral goals for loans, membership growth, and cross-sell of products.
• Manages branch budget, staffing, and performance reviews; fosters teamwork and compliance.
• Engages with local businesses and communities to expand membership and services.
