Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team of financial professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base. You will coach FCs and ICs, deliver presentations, and partner with colleagues to implement sales strategies while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

A proven leadership track in financial sales and relevant licenses is required, with a focus on client service and cross-enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license.
• Active and valid Series 66 license (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active and valid Series 9/10 license (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within 120 days).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, advice, and leadership at the branch level.
• Inspire and lead a team of financial professionals to grow revenue and client base.
• Coaching, sales process management, training delivery, and performance management.
• Conduct client presentations, interview prospective employees, and collaborate with partners.
• Ensure compliance and manage administrative tasks relevant to the industry.
