Ives Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker III to lead branch operations and support the Branch Relationship Manager. You will oversee daily service, sales and financial performance while guiding a team and handling complex customer situations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing accounts and operations, ensuring high service quality, and contributing to branch goals and compliance. Strong interpersonal and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of banking customer service principles and processes.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including verbal/written communication and listening skills.
• Proven ability to stay current with and comply with industry regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch operations and drive daily performance.
• Coach and develop Associate Banker, Relationship Banker I and II.
• Manage branch reporting, compliance, and security.
• Assist with sales/marketing activities and customer issue resolution.
• Oversee account openings, maintenance, and service quality.
• Ensure branch meets personal and branch goals and service standards.
