Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years teller or banker experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch compliance and cash limits; support annual audit readiness.
• Provide guidance in fraud situations and ensure positive customer service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with transactions and inquiries.
• Balance cash drawers, process deposits/withdrawals, and maintain security.
• Lead by example, train and support CSR staff, and acknowledge good performance.
• Communicate changes and updates to the team and participate in meetings.
