Job summary

The role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and CI to improve asset performance, safety, and throughput, starting at the bottling site and expanding to other facilities. You will apply proven practices, build capability, and drive standardization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a site-level reliability program.
• Ability to analyze downtime, OEE, and maintenance data.
• Strong collaboration across maintenance, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initial bottling-site reliability program for assigned assets.
• Prioritize reliability work using downtime, OEE, and maintenance data.
• Lead cross-functional loss-elimination projects from definition to benefits.
• Develop condition monitoring routes and response standards.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance and lubrication strategies.
• Develop asset criticality, FMEA, and spare strategies.
• Train teams on reliability tools and verify adoption.
• Collaborate with Director to translate enterprise standards to site execution.
