Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a diligent operator for our bottling line. You will set up and maintain processing equipment, run lines, and ensure products are correctly labeled and packaged. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to GMP, and flexible availability for full-time shifts on-site.

Responsibilities include equipment checks, minor change-overs, documentation, and assisting with line maintenance. Prior bottling experience is a plus; 18+ and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior bottling/canning experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background and drug tests.
• Willing to work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing equipment and load materials.
• Perform visual inspections and document run data to ensure quality.
• Load corrugate, labels, bottles/cans, glue, and carriers into machines.
• Perform minor change-overs and material changes as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and assist line mechanics.
• Ensure equipment is ready and properly coded, and verify case codes.
• Shut down equipment safely and keep the area clean.
• Report quality issues to Lead or QA.
• Follow GMP and safety rules at all times.
