Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr Maintenance Technician for night shifts to uphold top uptime on bottling lines. The role requires deep technical knowledge of packaging lines and equipment like blow molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and case packers.

You will train operators and lead cross-functional projects to improve reliability. You will coordinate with plant leadership to implement preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot system failures, and ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• 6+ years experience in the position.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient with shop tools and precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Lead training for Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and upgrades.
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime and perform root-cause analysis.
