Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Night shift to sustain equipment uptime across the bottling lines. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment including molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors and related facilities, working with operators, supervisors and senior techs to resolve issues promptly.

Strong mechanical/electrical skills, ability to read schematics and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field or similar maintenance environment with related duties.
• 4 years’ experience in the position and in managing people/projects.
• Able to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook for documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments and train others.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling or packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing tools.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems and conveyors in the facility.
• Modify, lubricate and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and safety practices.
• Collaborate with Operators and Supervisors to resolve issues and document repairs.
• Fill in for production operator as needed and report work orders.
