Job summary
UCC Environmental in Libertyville, IL, seeks a senior Sales Engineer to leverage Balance of Plant Engineering and Pre-Construction Management to drive add-on services in strategic markets. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management/Technology
- 7+ years of engineering/construction experience in utility, industrial power, or related industries
- 5+ years in construction means/methods offering value engineering opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop proposal opportunities and close sales for Construction and Balance of Plant offerings.
- Lead the technical estimate and scope definition of assigned proposals.
- Attend Sales Calls with UCC Field Sales Team to drive value propositions and close orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, engineering partners, and contractors.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to support sales efforts and industry relationships.
