Job summary

Goodwill-Suncoast is seeking a Senior BookWorks Program Coordinator to lead and oversee the BookWorks program across our multi-county service area. The role focuses on guiding operations, expanding services, and strengthening partnerships with schools, volunteers, and community organizations in Clearwater, Wildwood, Sebring, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Three years of experience in BookWorks, including extensive volunteer recruitment, coordination, and partner relations.
• Subject to alcohol and drug testing.
• Subject to criminal history background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Goodwill-Suncoast’s BookWorks program across the 10-county service area.
• Lead day-to-day program operations and support growth and development of BookWorks services.
• Oversee BookWorks Volunteer Centers in Clearwater, Wildwood, and Sebring, with expansion to Wildwood, Ocala, and Sebring.
• Develop relationships with schools, community organizations, volunteers, and partners to expand program reach.
