Job summary

Growing Pro CFO is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to own client books end-to-end, using QuickBooks Online and payroll platforms like ADP or Gusto. You will ensure clean, audit-ready files and generate monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, key numbers) for ownership and our CFO advisor.

Remote, full-time role with a 6am–3pm Pacific schedule and career growth toward leading the finance team. You will work with AI-enabled processes to accelerate accuracy, maintain US GAAP-compliant records, and flag

Qualifications

• A CPA, or a seasoned bookkeeper with real US experience.
• Fluent in QuickBooks Online, comfortable running payroll in QBO, ADP, or Gusto.
• Strong written English. You can explain a number clearly.
• You know how to work with AI and see it as leverage.
• You can work Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Pacific, alongside our US team.
• You take ownership. When something is off, you dig in and fix it.

Responsibilities

• Bank and credit card reconciliations that tie out to the penny.
• Payroll runs through QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, or Gusto, on time every cycle.

• Catching what matters and flagging it early, before it shows up on a client call.
• Clean, documented, audit-ready files, with AI used to work faster.

You own the client's books from start to finish. Your clean work is what lets our CFO advisor help the owner win. This is a seat you can build a career on.

Remote Full-time 6am to 3pm Pacific Long-term

What you will own

Client Books, End to End
