Ideal candidates have 5+ years of bookkeeping experience and may hold an Associate degree in Accounting, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero. We value integrity, transparency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Manage invoicing and billing processes
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately
• Prepare financial reports and summaries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Track expenses and monitor bank transactions
