Job summary

Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) seeks a Senior Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to manage full-cycle bookkeeping and efficient office operations in a part-time capacity. You will work with the Finance Director, oversee accounts payable/receivable, revenue tracking, and audit prep using QuickBooks, Ramp, Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping, GL accounting and office administration; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (accrual accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting, grant tracking, and donor allocations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and vendor coding in QuickBooks and Ramp.
• Process receivables, reconcile revenues, and manage deposits across platforms.
• Assist with monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and audit prep.
• Oversee office administration including mail, vendor relations, and IT coordination.
• Support internal controls and SOP development.
