The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to manage full-cycle accounting, vendor relations, and central office operations from its Breckenridge offices.

Working with the Finance Director, you will handle AR/AP, revenue tracking, and audit prep using QuickBooks, Ramp, Salesforce, Kulturra, and Donor Perfect, while coordinating procurement and staff support.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping and office administration, nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (accrual) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable, revenue tracking, and banking reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly reports, audits, SOPs, and field staff training.
• Coordinate office operations, vendor relations, IT liaison, and procurement.
