Job summary

Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) seeks a Senior Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and office operations from our Breckenridge office.

Working with the Finance Director, you will manage QuickBooks and Ramp, ensure accurate revenue tracking for programs, prepare monthly reports, and support vendor relations and procurement across all locations in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping and office administration, nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (accrual) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with donor management, grants tracking, and CRM-integrated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and receivable and expense management.
• Process revenue, reconcile bank deposits, and manage vendor records.
• Prepare monthly reports, assist with audits, and support office operations.
• Train staff on credit card policy, SOPs, and procurement across locations.
