Job summary

ASD Surfaces LLC in North Palm Beach, FL, seeks a hands-on Bookkeeper to own accounting, inventory accuracy, and financial reporting. You’ll work daily in our ERP (Stone Profits), driving accurate data, closing cycles, and reporting to the owner.

This execution-focused role requires strong attention to detail and proven project-costing experience. The position reports to the owner, is on-site in North Palm Beach, and offers competitive compensation with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full-charge bookkeeping experience (full cycle to trial balance).
• Strong ERP system experience; understanding inventory accounting across in-transit, consignment, and 3PL/warehouse.
• Experience with job costing and margin analysis in project-based or materials business.
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts and identify discrepancies quickly.
• Advanced Excel skills and monthly financial statement preparation.
• Strong AR, AP and cash flow management; detail-oriented and independent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books and ERP data.
• Produce weekly reports: revenue by salesperson, job costing, margins, backlog, cash flow.
• Reconcile inventory across in-transit, consignment, and warehouse. Maintain SOPs.
• Support system usage and document procedures; ensure accurate workflow PO→Receiving→Invoicing.
