Formación

• At least four to five years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
• Previous experience handling reconciliations, invoicing, and collections.
• High proficiency with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Odoo, or NetSuite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Take primary responsibility for financial record accuracy, including management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Process vendor and customer invoices, monitor payments, and manage collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Support leadership with budgeting and forecasting by providing detailed financial analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Create purchase orders, assist with audits, and maintain secure digital records.
